Dafeng Mingyue conducted safety training for punching process

In order to ensure the proper use and maintenance of workshop machines, strengthen safety management in the workshop, and comprehensively improve the safety operation skills of employees, Dafeng Mingyue organized a training on punching safety skills on September 2, 2024. The Technical Department's Director Ruan and Team Leader Xue were responsible for organizing this training.

The main contents of the training included:

1. Strict prohibition of arbitrary debugging of oil pumps and pressure systems.

2. Mechanical debugging can only be carried out after turning off the oil pump.

3. Troubleshooting current mechanical issues.

4. Prohibition of self-repairing machine tool malfunctions; any problems should be promptly reported to the technical department for repair.

5. Understanding common faults in machine tool transformation to prevent production faults and address them promptly.

Following this training, employees gained a deeper understanding of machine tool performance requirements. As front-line production personnel, employees are expected not only to skillfully operate equipment but also to master basic operation skills, handle daily equipment maintenance, and resolve common production faults effectively. This requires careful dedication in daily production tasks, timely learning and summarizing experiences, seeking guidance from team leaders and senior colleagues, as well as striving to quickly master necessary skills for comprehensive improvement.
