Recently, the Technology Department of Dafeng Mingyue conducted safety skills training on the chamfering process, which was instructed by team leader Xue from the department.

The training covered the following content:

1. Understanding the basic structure of the equipment and its operational status.

2. Emphasizing the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, with a focus on the location and frequency of oil filling hole maintenance.

3. Essential techniques for changing molds.

4. Identifying common equipment malfunctions and their causes in chamfering machines.

5. Responding to machine tool renovation with new molds that are too large.

This training deepened employees' understanding of chamfering equipment, enabling them to better comprehend and adhere to safety operating procedures during chamfering processes. As a result, it fundamentally reduced the possibility of accidents, ensuring both worker safety and stability within the working environment.
