In recent days, despite persistent high temperatures of 38℃, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the first phase of relocation to its new facility by implementing a "process-specific, batch-by-batch" scientific approach. With workers braving the scorching sun, the company has achieved its goal of "relocation without production interruption and progress without delay."
The company divided the relocation process into three specialized teams: disassembly, transportation, and installation, adopting a "day-night shift" working model. Daytime operations focused on equipment disassembly and preparation, while precision equipment transportation was conducted from evening to night, followed by installation and debugging in the early morning. This scientific division of labor not only avoided peak heat periods but also ensured normal daily production.
"We adhere to the principle of 'relocate in batches, debug in batches, and put into production in batches' to guarantee continuous operation of production lines at all times," explained Production Department Manager Li. At the relocation site, workers' uniforms were thoroughly drenched in sweat, yet their operations remained meticulous. The company provided each worker with industrial fans, barley tea, and heatstroke prevention medications.
Dafeng Mingyue upholds the principle of "production as the top priority," achieving a balance between relocation and production through scientific planning. It is reported that upon full operation of the new facility, production capacity will increase by 40%, while the working environment will also see significant improvements. Currently, the first batch of relocated production lines has entered the trial production phase, with full production expected by September.
