On September 23,2024, Dafeng Mingyue Bearing Bush Co. Ltd. conducted a safety skills training for the Fine boring process.

This training is mainly divided into safety and skills.

Security:

(1) the theme of level 3 safety education and its related content.

(2) Main safety matters of fine boring process:

a.The knife should be turned off before cleaning an automatic machine tool;

b.Nothing should be placed within the travel range of guide rail;

c.Once employees exit the machine, it will cease operation to mitigate the risk of safety incidents.

d.Once the equipment fails, immediately stop the spindle operation and report for repair.

Techniques:

(1)Causes of main failure problems (size, waist shrinkage, thinning and parallel deviation) in fine boring process.

a.Copper filings;

b.Guide rail rust;

c.Main bearing beating;

d.Booster pump reason;

e.Characteristics of bearing bush itself.

（2）Methods of sharpening the knife and the matters needing attention.

1.Pay attention to moderate strength, from the bottom to the top, grinding wheel center slightly down;

2.Pay attention to the angle;

3.Don't grind the cutter red;

4.Note luster.
