Ltd. carried out safety skills training for the  fine pull process.

The training provided systematic answers to the problems encountered by employees in their daily work, and emphasized the importance of basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment. Key points of this training are as follows.

1. The lathe must be lubricated before starting every day.

2. All tools are strictly prohibited from being placed on the machine tool to prevent them from touching the slide table, causing serious damage to the screw rod and affecting the accuracy of the machine tool.

3.When replacing a tool or a die, the first step is to move the sliding table to the bottom of the frame and check the height and distance between the tool and the die.

4. All added protective covers on the machine tool shall not be removed arbitrarily. The pressure of the hydraulic system of the machine tool must not be adjusted at will. If there are any problems, they must be reported to the mechanic, who will debug the system pressure.

5.When the machine fails, it must be debugged with the hydraulic system closed. When an electrical fault occurs, the first step is to turn off the power and then report it for processing.

6. When cleaning the machine tool before leaving work every day, it is strictly prohibited to blow the electrical parts with an air gun to prevent iron filings from falling into the electrical cabinet and causing unnecessary losses.

7. The slide guide and screw must be lubricated and maintained after cleaning after work every day.

8. Common problems and causes of lathe malfunctions.
